Shipping Information
United States Orders:
Most items ship within 72 hours of order. Email notification will be sent within 24 hours if order will be back ordered for any reason. Street address is required for all orders. Orders addressed to Po Boxes or APO Addresses cannot be sent and will result in order delays.
Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges. Any item over 150 lb standard UPS weight limit will be quoted via a more appropriate carrier and will require customer approval prior to processing the order. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like a freight quote before placing your order.
Shipments to more than one address or multiple shipments to the same address (in the case of back orders) will require separate freight charges. Shipments going to different addresses require orders for each address.
Online orders cannot ship via "Freight Collect". All online orders require freight to be paid before order will be processed and ALL orders are sent Signature Required without exception. Orders returned to Intercomp as a result of failed delivery attempts may be charged additional delivery fees incurred as a result of the failed attempt.
- Standard Express: In-stock merchandise will arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received.
- Air Express: For faster, UPS guaranteed delivery, request 2-3 business day service.
- Next Day Air: For overnight service, request our 1-2 business day Next Day Air. Orders placed after 11:30 AM Central Time will ship the following business day.

Allow 1-2 days additional delivery time for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Orders:

Canada:
- Most merchandise may be shipped to Canada. Preapproval of freight charge is required on most International Orders before order will be processed. You will receive a freight quotation via email within 24hrs of your order, if applicable. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like a freight quote before placing your order.
All other countries:
- International orders must be paid by credit card. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. Preapproval of freight charge is required before order will be processed. You will receive a freight quotation via email within 24hrs of your order, if applicable. Shipping alternatives vary by country. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like a freight quote before placing your order.
