Delta viewed the AC60-LP™ as a solution that could save time and improve safety during the weigh process while providing a seamless transition since both old and new weighing systems use Intercomp strain gauge measurement technology. Delta also has an initiative to go paperless. Intercomp’s ACWeigh™ software fulfilled this request, and Intercomp’s Software Team also modified the software to provide seamless integration to their weight & balance reporting system. The AC60-LP™ uses fully electronic strain gauge load cells with GaugeSense™ technology. Strain gauges are known throughout the scale industry to have the most linear output which provides unparalleled performance.
